These Terms govern your use of psammite.com and the Datum flood- and evacuation-alert service (datum.psammite.com). By using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Datum monitors public environmental data (tide gauges, National Weather Service alerts, and related sources) for a property you designate and shows its live flood/evacuation status, and — if you enable alerts — notifies the contacts you choose when the property changes risk state. Datum is a decision-support tool built from public data on a still-water screening model; it is not an official emergency, evacuation, or forecasting authority. Always follow instructions from local officials and the National Weather Service. We do not guarantee that any alert will be sent, received, or timely.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the property details and contact information you enter, for obtaining the consent of anyone whose number you add as a recipient, and for keeping your login secure.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
Paid Datum plans, where offered, are billed as described at checkout and processed by Stripe. You may cancel a subscription as described in your account or by contacting us.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bowery Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for reliance on the service in lieu of official emergency guidance.
